Position Summary:

Oversee IT operations, ensuring efficient and effective technical support. Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to drive IT strategy and innovation.

You must be a self-starter.

In this role you will provide comprehensive technical support and ensure our IT systems run smoothly. Manage vendor relationships and IT contracts, advising on improvements and budgeting while staying current with technology trends. Enhance data analysis and reporting, collaborating with various departments to optimize our IT systems. Additionally, maintain IT documentation, support conference room equipment, train end-users, manage IT inventories, and troubleshoot technical issues.
