Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. As a Marketing Intern, you will support various marketing efforts, including social media management, website updates, and the creation of engaging marketing materials. This is a unique opportunity to develop your marketing skills in the construction industry, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain real-world experience in promoting large-scale infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Support
    • Develop engaging content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube).
    • Monitor social media trends to help increase engagement and follower growth.
  2. Website Content Management
    • Help update website content, including news, project descriptions, and team updates.
  3. Marketing Material Creation
  • Assist in designing graphics, infographics, and visual content that communicates our projects’ impact.
  • Support the development of project spotlights, brochures, newsletters, and other collateral.
    • Organize and update photo libraries and marketing assets.
  1. Event and Project Support
    • Assist in the preparation and promotion of trade shows, conferences, or company events.
    • Collaborate with various departments to highlight our team and projects.
  2. Other Miscellaneous Projects

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Rising Junior or Senior preferred.
  • Skills: Strong writing, design, and communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, CMS tools, PowerPoint and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Availability: Must be available for the full summer internship period of 12 weeks minimum.
