Position Summary
The Saltdogs utilize multiple LED display screens, including a new 60-foot big screen to play graphics, live video, replays, and promotional videos produced to enhance the fan experience. Dog Pound Productions also streams the live video production of every home game online.
This position will assist the Video Production Manager with numerous projects, as well as being part of Dog Pound Productions during home games during the 2025 season (early May to late August). Must abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Works directly with the Video Production Manager to help create videos and graphics for the Haymarket Park video displays and online content.
Assists with in-game production and learn multiple positions, including operating cameras, replay, graphics, audio, directing and online stream management.
Assists in the production of promotional videos and graphics for the big screen and/or online purposes.
Creates/edits video features for the big screen and/or online purposes.
Helps add to and maintain the music library for pregame and between innings.
Collaborates with Production Manager and Saltdogs staff to generate new video/media ideas.
Makes quick decisions under short deadlines or with last minute changes.
If needed, able to produce the big screen show with the understanding of the production software.
Experience
- Video and audio editing experience
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop, or other comparable software
- Basic knowledge of operating cameras, audio boards, and differing types of production software.
- Basic knowledge of camera, cable, and equipment upkeep.
- Able to learn and become familiar with new pieces of software and equipment.
- Knowledge and strong interest of sports, preferably of baseball.
- Some knowledge of lighting, green screen setups, and interview setups.
- Knowledge of in-house production procedures and goals.
- Able to complete work in a deadline-driven atmosphere and completed in an organized fashion.
- Able to adapt to situations as they arise.

- Able to take direction, critiques, and to ask questions when needed.
- Willingness to learn new skills and positions throughout the season.
Expectations:
- Able to commit to, at minimum, 45 of 50 Saltdogs home games and some non-game workdays from
- May to September, with the possibility of other events and playoff games in September.
- Able to commit to, at minimum, 5 Pre-Production shifts to assist in set up procedures.
- Strong communication skills and able to work in a team environment with enthusiasm and positivity.

- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- High degree of attention to detail
- Able to work 60+ hours a week during the busy season, including evenings or weekends, coinciding with the Lincoln Saltdogs baseball season schedule
- Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
