PS SALON & SPA
PS Salon & Spa is seeking a compassionate and professional Salon Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service while working part time in our full-service Salon & Spa.
Location: Richmond, VA
- CURRENT NEEDS: Part-Time: 4-5 days; 4 hour shifts / Morning or Afternoon Shifts

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Answer phones and provide follow-up calls to customers
- Book and confirm service appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (wash & fold towels, capes, etc.)
- Help to build the business and support a welcoming atmosphere for everyone
- Must adhere to company dress code
- Exercise care and compassion towards customers
Required Work Experience:
- MUST HAVE: Reliable transportation
- 1-2 years Receptionist experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years salon experience (preferred)
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be adaptable to change in various environments
- Must have outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
Education and Previous Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of related experience
Physical Demands:
- On a regular basis, requires the ability to reach with hands and arms
- On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand for a minimum of 6 hours
- On a regular basis, requires the ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs.
- On a frequent basis, requires the ability to stoop, kneel and crouch
