We are seeking a Project Director (PD) who will support our work and grow with us. The PD plays a key role in our work and is responsible for coordination and dissemination of study specifications, communication between divisions, and oversight of quality assurance protocols. This is a junior-level project management position in Client Services with significant growth opportunity.

Ideal candidates are hybrid, based in our Glen Mills, PA office two days a week, but remote work is a possibility for the right candidate.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide research support for a wide variety of studies using different survey modalities.
  • Responsible for quality control of projects, including checking survey programs, mailing materials, coding, crosstabulations, SPSS files, and all other client deliverables.
  • Communicate with internal operational teams.
  • Maintain project-specific schedules and monitor timelines.
  • Document project processes and procedures.
  • Review and format survey questionnaires.
  • Produce fieldwork and progress reports and draft basic analysis of trends and outliers.
  • Prepare data reports in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with the Research Director on client communications.
  • Conduct background research.
  • Perform other duties as the needs of the business dictate.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge about survey research, data collection, data flow processes, and data analysis.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a social science field or market research, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 1 year of experience in quantitative analysis using SPSS (using syntax), SAS, STATA, or R. SPSS is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Well-developed skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, including quick turnaround studies, with dexterity and responsiveness.
  • Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as projects require.
