Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

  • Assist with surveying and layout from plans and control points.
  • Coordinate testing and sample collection.
  • Timekeeping and cost control, inventory control, schedule checking, subcontractor monitoring, and concrete logs.
  • Document and record meeting minutes.
  • Collect superintendent daily reports, weekly project pictures and safety documentation. Review for completeness and include in project documentation.
  • Third-party rented equipment management.
  • Request and submit purchase orders.
  • Receive, code & submit invoices and receipts to Accounting.
  • Receive, label and store supplies, tools or equipment used in production.
  • Report preparation, RFI’s, safety inspections, drawing updates, submittal logging, and processing.
  • Support project managers and superintendents with progressive levels of responsibility.
  • Assist in coordinating subcontractor activities, verifying work, solving problems, and reviewing sub’s progress and payments.
  • Order, verify, and expedite material.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
