This role is with GLEESON, in partnership with Smart Chicken, located in Waverly, Nebraska.  

Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile crane(s) to lift and place structural steel, machinery, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform general construction tasks when not operating the crane, a plus! 
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with riggers and site teams to execute lifts according to project specifications.
• Monitor load capacities and site conditions to maintain safe operations.

Requirements:

• Applicant must possess a valid, current NCCCO TLL certification (Telescopic Boom Crane—Swing Cab).
• Minimum of one year of prior experience as a crane operator is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Post-offer, pre-employment drug testing and E-verification are required.
