• Specifications – willing and able to follow the direction of your foreman as it pertains to all job specifications
• Tools – can identify and knows how to use specific tools to complete the task at hand
• Material – can identify and knows the purpose of material needed to complete the job
• Product –understand and know what different products are used for (asphalt, concrete, etc.)
