Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator is responsible for working with the Regional Manager(s) to provide administrative and logistical support for construction projects. These services include coordinating and monitoring the project cycle from start to finish in collaboration with sales team, operations, clients/contractors, and accounting.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create projects which includes all necessary information, documentation, communication, and follow up with appropriate parties;
    • Review and interpret bid documents
  • Create, issue, and manage subcontracts;
  • Prepare budget estimates and quotes for clients;
  • Identify the need for and process change order requests;
  • Periodic review and analysis of open prospects and current project backlog;
  • Evaluate and analyze project communications to ensure appropriate action is taken;
  • Provide admin support to the Regional Manager Team through daily communication regarding project scopes/changes;
    • Document client communications
    • Maintain client accounts
    • Track, monitor, and communicate pertinent documents and information in order to progress the project workflow
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of college degree required;
  • Minimum 2 -3 years previous related experience;
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to interact professionally, both verbally and in writing;
  • Advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in CRM database management;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment; and
  • Must be proactive and solution oriented.

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements

  • Requires extensive computer use for long periods of time;
  • Noise level is typically quiet in the office;
  • Required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers to probe, handle, or feel and reach with hands or arms;
  • Required to sit for long periods;
  • Required to listen and respond in a professional manner;
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25lbs;
