ColonialWebb is hiring a part-time Mailroom Assistant to provide administrative support for our Corporate Headquarters, including Construction, Electrical, Service, Special Projects and Manufacturing Divisions. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to provide excellent customer service while performing multiple tasks.
This position will be around 30 hours a week.

What you will do:
- Receive incoming calls as company switchboard and route calls to appropriate teammate
- Prepare outgoing mail to meet post office standards and also:
- Deliver outgoing mail to front lobby each morning
- Take certified mail items to the post office as necessary
- Prepare outgoing packages to meet FedEx standards
- Support daily business needs to include: type, copy and scan documents, order business cards, ensure office supplies, shipping supplies and special requests, are stocked and replenished
- Assist Contract Analyst by securing contract information
- Maintain all printers including obtaining toners and being our liaison for the copier vendor
What we are looking for:
- Possess high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and professional phone presence
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner; demonstrate exceptional time management skills
- Ability to ensure confidentiality with sensitive documents
- Ability to enter data with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed
- Demonstrate skills, experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and remain calm when handling emergencies
- Possess a valid driver’s license; deliver and pick up packages at the post office and FedEx
