We are looking to add a Production Scheduling Coordinator (PSC) to our manufacturing team. You will manage, plan, and coordinate the production schedule. As the PSC you will work closely with the production team to schedule and release materials, track production status, and communicate changes to the schedule on a 4-week look-ahead. The Production Scheduling Coordinator will schedule testing for the pipe and plumbing team and liaise with the GM of Manufacturing to ensure customer needs are met and orders are fulfilled promptly.

A day in the life:
- Create and maintain short-interval scheduling
- Coordinate changes to the production schedule
- Ensure the appropriate materials release and arrive on time
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Management Team in regard to customer needs
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Leads on daily and weekly work schedules to analyze and communicate manpower requirements.
- Assist with timely and accurate capacity planning designed to improve throughput
- Monitor daily production and coordinate priorities with production and management
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of production planning/scheduling in a construction or manufacturing environment
- Associate degree in business, management, production, or equivalent years of on the job experience
- Experience working on several projects or issues simultaneously in a matrixed environment
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication
