Cable Pipe and Leak Detection, with a 49-year history of professionalism and superior customer service, is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative. The candidate should be able to multitask, be proactive and efficient, and work closely with the dispatch department. We offer training and development for career growth and leadership potential. Experience in plumbing, utility locating, HVAC, or other service fields is preferred. The schedule includes weekdays during training, potentially shifting to include a weekend day post-training. Participation in after-hours on-call service rotation is required.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional and clear communication with excellent customer service.
- High school diploma.
- Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
- Proficiency in operating office phone systems.
- Strong listening and multitasking abilities.
- Accountability and strong work ethic.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and follow communication scripts.
- Effective communication through interoffice platforms, Teams, email, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work "on-call" and "weekend" shifts*
