Responsibilities & Essential Duties

Responsibilities vary depending on the position you are interested in but overall we are looking for individuals who are self-driven and motivated to be a part a of the building process, willing to be hands on and involved in each project and work in varying weather conditions.  As a team member you will be expected to work alongside other Lantz team members contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Expected Schedule/Hours of Work: Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, and vary from starting at 7:00 a.m. to ending at 5p.m.

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

  • OSHA 10-HOUR
  • CPR/First Aid
  • Vary depending on position within Lantz

 Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in the related field
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to contribute and share knowledge with others
  • Ability to work cohesively with others
  • Positive attitude and works with integrity
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client satisfaction

Preferred Education and Experience

  • One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience for field positions

 Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation
  • Workers must be punctual and reliable

Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day and varies with position.
