Who You Are:

You're a passionate and detail-oriented professional who thrives on improving quality and compliance.

You are a self-starter and independent thinker that is willing to do the research to find answers sought after. 

You have at least 5 years' experience in human services, with equivalent training and experience, along with program or project management experience. Particularly with disabled and elderly populations, and you're ready to take on a leadership role within our Agency.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and related software with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

You have general knowledge of State and Federal regulations for Long Term Care (LTC) services and/or managed care entities, or pre-ambulatory health plans and general healthcare knowledge.

You have the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as external providers and the general public while being flexible and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead agency-wide quality performance improvement, focusing on quality metrics and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify key areas for improvement, collect data, and create action plans.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance and proactive regulatory preparedness.
  • Oversee the planning and improving processes to enhance efficiencies and output.
  • Implement controls and feedback systems to monitor departmental operations.
  • Review performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness.
  • Complete required reporting for all agency programs. Auditing charts.
  • Work closely with the Executive Team to solve operational challenges and enhance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Support the agency’s mission, vision, and values in your daily work.
