Job Summary 
Enhance the skill and knowledge of individual employees to promote company efficiency by conducting training programs that will boost employee workplace performance in alliance with the company’s core values. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the curriculum. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
-Become certified by John Deere prior to delivery of any training courses 
-Partner with Training Coordinator to develop a schedule for in person and/or virtual training to align with company goals and objectives
-Maintain current knowledge on new John Deere products and technology 
-Assist in organizing on site logistics of all training courses including: needed equipment, training material/aids, shop supplies, classroom materials, and any other items prior to class start
-Organize and execute the tear-down of the classroom/shop and return it to its original state 
-Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform job responsibilities 
-Maintain a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion 
-Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments 
-Any other job duties as assigned

Position Qualifications 
-4+ years of experience performing service repairs; demonstrated experience consistently meeting performance metrics required 
-Demonstrated proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in off road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment 
-Demonstrate proficiency in operating equipment utilized in training, not mentioned above, i.e: forklift, multimeters, hydraulic test equipment, and Service Advisor diagnostic software for training purposes 
-Experience with basic computer functions; experience using Service Advisor, Service Center or other computer based diagnostic repair tools preferred 
-Experience working cooperatively in a team environment 
-Experience communicating effectively verbally and in writing 
-High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required; Associates degree preferred 
-Valid driver’s license required 
-Travel as required for certifications, continuing education, and to perform other job duties as assigned
