Day-to-Day

  • Database Management: Maintain the CRM system with accurate donor information, gift records, and research data.
  • Fundraising Strategies: Collaborate with the VP of Development to develop and implement effective fundraising plans.
  • Donor Relations: Manage the donor giving cycle, including gift processing, acknowledgment, tracking, and donor research.
  • Event Operations: Plan and coordinate development events.
  • Volunteer Tracking: Work with the Director of Volunteers to maintain accurate volunteer and in-kind donation records and generate reports.
  • Policies and Procedures: Create and uphold development office policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Finance Liaison: Collaborate with the finance team for accurate reporting and reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred with education reflecting nonprofit management, writing, communications, business management. Certifications in fundraising and nonprofit management also accepted.
  • Full working knowledge of development information systems and software, preferably Raiser’s Edge.  
  • Valid Texas Drivers’ License, clear MVR and ability to be insured
