Kraemer is looking for experienced Trade/Craft - Union employees to join our Upper Midwest - WI/IL/IA Region. We are currently hiring for:

• Carpenters, Equipment Operators, Laborers, and Cement Masons for projects in Portage, WI and Bay City, MI
• Iron Workers for Lansing, IA

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with Kraemer Safety and Quality Programs by working safely
• Lift, carry, and hold materials, tools, and other supplies as needed
• Operate, maintain and clean equipment/tools

Requirements

• Previous experience working in construction (preferably highway/heavy bridge experience)
• Knowledge of construction safety requirements
• Walking on uneven ground; Exposure to cold/hot temperatures, and dusty or dirty/greasy surroundings.
• Keen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Ability to work well with a team and minimal supervision
