We are seeking a Stormwater Project Manager who will:
- Serve as a company-wide resource for hydrology and hydraulics, LID design, stormwater infrastructure design, hydromodification analysis and solutions for land development projects, municipal stormwater feasibility studies and regional watershed improvement projects (ex. Measure W Safe Clean Water Program). Oversee stormwater engineers and guide their development and growth.
- Oversee and provide consistency with WQMP Plan Checks on behalf of local municipalities including review of LID design, hydromodification, hydrology and grading plans; work with applicant’s team to update design for approvals, and update City’s plan check documentation process for new requirements.
- Assist municipal, county and state entities with their MS4 compliance programs including annual reporting, permit review, special studies, mock audits and audit support, training and development of stormwater guidelines.
- Serve as a leader on the stormwater team and help build expertise in stormwater management throughout all offices. Motivate staff to advance individual career growth, foster team camaraderie and grow ESOP culture throughout the team and company.
- Oversee development of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) for public and private projects including training and mentoring staff on efficient methodology, exhibit support, SMARTs and client coordination and problem solving.
You must have:
- Any combination of a bachelor’s degree (B. S.) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Planning or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university
- Municipal stormwater or land development experience totaling five to eight years; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Well-developed problem solving, decision-making, communication and team building skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D preferred as well as QSP/QSD certification. PE preferred.

Approved Salary Range: 120 to 145k
