We are seeking a CEQA Infrastructure Project Manager who will:
- Oversee, manage and prepare technical infrastructure studies for Specific Plans, General Plan Updates and private development projects to support EIR’s, Mitigated Negative Declarations (MND) and Appendix G Threshold Analyses. Studies typically include hydrology and drainage, water quality, hydromodification, sewer and water demand analysis and capacity and dry utility demand evaluations.
- Track and seek out municipal stormwater feasibility studies and regional watershed improvement projects (ex. Measure W Safe Clean Water Program) and identify partnerships with peer civil firms to improve chances of winning the projects. Track on-calls, prepare RFP/RFQ submittal packages, develop professional relations with key leaders within public work’s organizations leading the projects, attend bid meetings and research grant opportunities for funding including applications and successful awards.
- Develop Water Supply Assessments on behalf of public and private projects including developing existing and proposed water demands, evaluation of local and regional water sources, evaluation of local Urban Water Management Plans (UWMP) and coordinate with local water provider(s).
- Assist municipal, county and state entities with their MS4 compliance programs including annual reporting, permit review, special studies, mock audits and audit support, training and development of stormwater guidelines.
- Serve as a leader on the stormwater team and help build expertise in stormwater management throughout all offices. Motivate staff to advance individual career growth, foster team camaraderie and grow ESOP culture throughout the team and company.
You must have:
- Any combination of a bachelor’s degree (B. S.) in Environmental Science, Environmental Planning or equivalent discipline from a four-year college or university
- Municipal stormwater or land planning experience totaling five to eight years; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Well-developed problem solving, decision-making, communication and team building skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- AICP certification preferred.

Approved Salary Range: 120 to 145k
