Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate commercial vehicles (dump trucks, belly dumps, side dumps, or similar) to transport dirt, gravel, and other materials to job sites or pit locations. 
  • Ensure accurate delivery and pickup of material.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform DOT inspections to ensure proper operation. 
  • Load and unload material efficiently while following safety guidelines. 
  • Follow all local, state, and federal transportation regulations
  • Uphold company safety standards, including daily vehicle checks and compliance with DOT regulations. 

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class A Driver's License (additional endorsements a plus)
  • Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents. 
  • Prior experience transporting dirt, gravel, and other construction materials is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail on the road
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and DOT physicals.
