Day-To-Day:

    • Communicates regularly with job seekers and align their expectations to requirements of the job in terms of responsibilities, salary and career scope.
    • Coordinates with the recruiters across career industries to connect qualified job seekers to employment
    • Performs career counseling to job seekers in-person and virtually to help them make appropriate career decisions.
    • Assists the job seekers in developing a resume, utilizing virtual career platforms, AI tools, and navigating websites. Will conduct mock interviews for the job seekers to help them get a real experience of facing an interview and answering spontaneously.
    • Provides feedback to the rejected candidates and help them upgrade their qualifications and correct their mistakes while making further job applications.
    • Extends special guidance and technological innovation to job seekers with complex needs and ensure they are provided with the favorable work environment suiting their special requirements by the recruiters.
    • Has current list of HR recruiters or employers with established relationships in various industries and identify best-fit employment opportunities for each participant, per their Individual Career Plan, and will solicit commitments from possible employers.
    • Attends industry meetings and events to maximize communications and gain a detailed understanding of industry sector and its employment opportunities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in human services field plus two years transferable case management experience. Master's degree preferred. Bilingual preferred.

Valid Texas Drivers’ License, clear MVR and ability to be insured.
