ColonialWebb is seeking HVAC Helpers to join our service team in Hampton Roads. As a Helper, you will assist an HVAC Technician with tasks related to maintenance.

What you will do:

  • Change HVAC filters
  • Work with Technician to meet customer needs
  • Learn about facility maintenance from Technician
  • Interact with customer and ColonialWebb technical/leadership team daily
  • Apply ColonialWebb principles (safety, integrity, empathy, urgency) in execution of the assignment

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
  • Must be able to work independently and without supervision
  • Must have a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen
