This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience and expand your exposure within the fast-paced, innovative construction industry to make meaningful contributions to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Support Weis Builders marketing and business development functions.
• Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to gather and update various information.
• Analyze and apply market research for project and client opportunities.
• Assist in the development of client deliverables and marketing strategy.
• Coordinate and promote client, associate, subcontractor, and volunteering events.
• Manage our online presence across Social Media platforms by curating and scheduling posts, networking, etc.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials that bring our brand’s message to life — including brochures, newsletters, and website content.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field.
• A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest in the construction industry.
