Position Overview:

As the National Service Group Sales Manager (CISL), you will provide strategic leadership, execute sales goals, and drive profitable growth. You will lead a dynamic sales team to secure national fire protection agreements. This role involves building strong relationships with sister companies, strategizing pricing models in alignment with EBITA goals, and expanding APi NSG’s presence in target markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies while effectively managing and coaching a team of sales representatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with sister companies and clients.
  • Adapt and refine strategies to deliver performance outcomes aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the development of pricing strategies aligned with EBITA goals.
  • Conduct market research to uncover business development opportunities.

Benefits:

This role will be based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $103,500 - $155,800 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.  Some benefits include:
