Position Type: Full-Time
Wage: $20 - $30/hour (DOE)

We're looking for a loyal, hardworking CDL Driver with a solid laborer/operator background to join our dynamic team. 💥 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • 🚛 CDL Driving: Safely operate trucks for transporting equipment, tools, and materials to job sites.
  • 🔧 Installation & Operation: Assist with pivot, pump, and pipeline installation on various projects.
  • 💪 Physical Work: Perform general labor duties such as loading, unloading, and securing materials, and operating heavy machinery.
  • 📐 Task Variety: Use both heavy and light equipment depending on the job site and assignment.
  • 📋 Safety First: Follow all safety standards, ensure safety procedures are in place, and maintain high attention to detail on every task.
  • 🛠️ Hands-On Work: Help move and manage tools, equipment, and materials according to supervisor instructions.

🕒 Work Schedule & Conditions:

  • Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, with occasional Saturdays (plus travel time to and from job sites).
  • Work Environment: You'll be working outdoors in all weather conditions—expect lots of movement, standing, and some travel and overnight stays when necessary.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills:

  • 💪 Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and perform strenuous tasks.
  • ⚙️ Equipment Knowledge: Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles and equipment.
  • 📝 Attention to Detail: Ability to read and follow safety labels, warnings, and guidelines.
  • 🚚 CDL License: Must have a valid CDL and be willing to take on driving responsibilities as part of your role.
  • 🧠 Quick Learner: Be able to take direction, communicate effectively, and complete tasks efficiently.
