Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking a dedicated Estimating Coordinator to join our TI Plumbing Division.

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid HVAC technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in computer applications (Windows, MS Office, Outlook).
• Highly organized with strong planning and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and mentorship qualities.
• Team-oriented with leadership capabilities and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop skills to effectively communicate, schedule, analyze information, and manage estimating duties.
• Adhere to company protocols for communication, documentation, and estimate preparation.
• Learn to interact with clients, gather necessary data, and analyze project costs comprehensively.
• Collaborate with general contractors, construction managers, engineers, and designers to adjust estimates as needed.
• Engage with vendors and suppliers for competitive bids.
• Gain proficiency in company software used in daily operations.
• Learn to review blueprints/drawings and perform takeoffs using Quick-Pen software.
• Assist in preparing conceptual estimates for budgeting projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 per hour
