As an Information Systems Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing Trico’s information systems, including telecommunications, databases, servers, networks, hardware, and software. You will ensure our business applications run smoothly while providing technical support and maintaining system security.

What You'll Do

  • Research, design, implement, and maintain technology solutions to support business needs.

  • Support software implementation, including setup and administration of applications like NISC iVUE.

  • Manage system access, security permissions, and software updates to ensure data integrity.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, phone systems, servers, and software applications.

  • Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Develop and execute system recovery procedures, including backup and disaster recovery planning.

  • Serve as the bridge between vendors and end-users to optimize system performance.

  • Provide technical assistance, manage helpdesk escalations, and maintain IT inventory.

Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years of IT experience.

    • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure.

    • Experience with virtualized environments (Citrix, VMware, etc.).

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot applications effectively.
