What You’ll Do as an Associate Engineer: 

• Assist in designing and drafting base maps, site plans, grading plans, and utility plans
• Support preparation of permit applications and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with senior engineers to tackle technical challenges and learn industry best practices 

What We’re Looking For: 

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of civil engineering design experience—or equivalent education/experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• A motivated, curious problem-solver who works well independently and on a team
