Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Representative is a key driver of revenue growth and market expansion for Total-Western, Inc. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales strategies within our diverse industrial markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction while advancing Total-Western’s mission of operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within targeted industries by developing robust pipelines and converting leads into profitable contracts.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met through proactive communication and customized solutions.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing models that drive revenue and support Total-Western’s strategic goals.

  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work collaboratively with engineering, project management, and operations teams to craft proposals and solutions that align with client requirements and project specifications.

  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and regular reports to senior management, supporting data-driven decision making.

  • Customer Service & Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by addressing concerns, facilitating product/service improvements, and enhancing overall customer experience.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the industrial construction, maintenance, or related sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong understanding of industrial markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in selling engineering, procurement, or construction services.

  • Established network within the oil and gas, aerospace, petrochemical, food & beverage, or renewable energy industries.

  • Advanced proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Prior experience in consultative selling and strategic account management.


Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time, office-based role with occasional travel to client sites, industry events, and regional offices.

  • The position requires the ability to work in a dynamic and competitive market environment, adapting quickly to changes and new opportunities.


Reporting Structure:
The Senior Sales Representative reports directly to the Sales Director and collaborates closely with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
