STRATA has an immediate opening for a full-time Office Administrator in our Pocatello, Idaho office.

We are seeking a highly-organized individual to provide coordination and assistance to ensure quality and timely distribution of engineering, laboratory testing, field inspection, and other related reports and documents.  Performs quality control review of all written deliverables prior to delivery (primarily to clients).  Orders equipment, supplies and maintains inventories. Greets clients professionally (including incoming calls).  Works with managers and Accounting to ensure projects are set up and invoiced correctly.  Creates and updates records and databases.  Functions as the office's point of contact for issues and questions related to social media, human resources administration, and assisting leadership in building and maintaining employee engagement initiatives. Participates on the Business Administrative Processes committee. Assists with fleet maintenance and with travel arrangements.  Coordinates with property manager.  Ensures employee timecards and expense reports are accurately coded and submitted timely.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, a self-starter who adapts to changing priorities, proficiency in Microsoft Office products and computer know-how, and an ability to provide professional customer service. Must be able to provide a high attention of detail to manipulate documents (Statements of Qualifications and Requests for Proposals), edit and proofread reports, and work in a team environment with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.  Previous experience with computer file management, general office procedures, proprietary software, and maintaining confidentiality are necessary.  A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.

This position is based in the Pocatello STRATA office (and is not a hybrid or work-from-home position.).
