JOB PURPOSE: To audit and correct paperwork by Guest Service Agents and Food & Beverage Operations. To prepare reports for Management involving rooms and food & beverage activity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees.
- Follow company policies and procedures: report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to manager, complete safety training and certifications: ensure person appearance is clean and professional: maintain confidentiality of proprietary information: protect company assets.
- Develop/maintain positive working relationships, support team to reach common goals: listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
- Audits auditors and GSA paperwork, balances postings, performs computer operations and maintains the Front Office computer systems.
- Audits daily F&B paperwork, balancing postings, performs computer operations and maintains Food & Beverage computer system.
- Balance Credit Card entries in the Electronic Data Capture (EDQ) program and dollars on the Net System for all room charges and F&B transactions for the day.
- Perform Guest Service Agent duties during regular night audit shifts.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Prior Hospitality and Supervisory experience preferred
