Sales Operations Intern

 We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to join our Sales Operations team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated student looking to gain hands-on experience in sales enablement, data analysis, and project coordination within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Communications

  • Assist in drafting internal sales communications, including email updates and sales announcements
  • Support new hire onboarding and training initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition for new team members
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and sales materials for internal and external use

Operations & Logistics

  • Help coordinate travel logistics and event planning for sales meetings
  • Design and enhance processes to improve sales team efficiency and performance
  • Manage administrative tasks related to ongoing sales operations projects

Data & Market Analysis

  • Pull and analyze reports to track key sales metrics and performance trends
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support sales strategy

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, responsible, and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Internship Requirements:

  • A commitment of 20+ hours per week during the school semester and 30+ hours per week during the summer session.
  • This internship offers the flexibility to work remotely; however, interns must be available to come to our Hauppauge, NY office as needed for in-person meetings and events.
