·Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees.
·Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
·Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
·Audits auditors and gsa paperwork, balances postings, performs computer operations and maintains the Front Office computer system.
·Audits daily F&B paperwork, balances postings, performs computer operations, and maintains the F&B computer system.
·Balance credit card entries in the Electronic Data Capture (EDQ) program and Dollars On The Net system for all room charges and F&B transactions for the day.
·Communicates end of day issues and problems that might occur throughout shift. Reconciles credit card system to daily transaction list from rooms
· Use Callback program as needed.
·Perform Guest Service Agent duties during regular night audit shift hours.
·Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
Prior hospitality & supervisory experience preferred.
