The Training & Development Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations at the Wall Training Center by maintaining employee training data, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting facility upgrades. As an organized and detail-oriented professional, the individual will contribute to fostering effective communication and maintaining strong relationships with employees and service centers.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee training records in HRIS and client portals.
- Perform day-to-day administrative functions at the Training Center, including ordering office supplies, stocking, food coordination, room set-up, producing copies of materials, etc.
- Administer post-training surveys and ensure documentation is provided to field personnel as needed.
- Produce certification cards for employees upon successful completion of training courses.
- Coordinate with IT and Facilities teams regarding building upgrade and maintenance activities.
- Update and enter data into various Excel spreadsheets to track progress and training metrics.
- Manage other projects assigned by the Training & Development Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Maintain positive relationships with field supervisors, employees, and service centers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or Portuguese is a plus but not required
