Job Summary
Quarry Oaks Golf Club is looking for line cooks to join our team! This position prepares and cooks menu items in accordance with the established menu, recipes, club specifications, and food service standards. Must abide by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely. Reliable attendance required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Preps ingredients as needed, including washing, cutting, chopping, marinating, pre-cooking, and portioning.
Cooks menu items as specified to ensure consistent food quality, portions, and presentation; adapts to menu changes as needed.
Ensures cooking stations are stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients, informs manager or chef when stock levels are low or supplies are needed.
Works efficiently on the line during standard meal services and special events.
Maintains organization and cleanliness of area.
Communicates clearly with chef, kitchen workers, and other staff.
Follows all required health and safety regulations such as proper food handling and sanitation.
Assists in prepping and executing food service for golf tournaments, private events, and banquets.
Maintains high standards of food prep, cooking, and presentation to ensure members and guests receive quality food experiences.
Performs washing, drying, and/or sanitation of pots, pans, dishes, drinkware, utensils, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
