Beach Lake Sprinkler Fire Protection Services, a subsidiary of Davis-Ulmer Sprinkler Company, was founded in 1992 and is a well-rounded fire protection company with two offices: Beach Lake, PA and Brooksville, FL. We excel in new construction, renovation, retrofit, and service work for warehouse, distribution, pharmaceutical, hospital, nursing home, industrial, residential and retail markets.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an Inspection and Service Coordinator to support our team in Brooksville, Fl. As the Inspection and Service Coordinator, you will oversee the scheduling, coordination, and management of service operations and equipment inspections. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, working closely with internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule inspections and services with clients, technicians, and vendors.
- Manage calendars to ensure timely service delivery.

Documentation Management:
- Maintain detailed records of completed inspections, services, and compliance certifications.
- Prepare and distribute customer reports and invoices.

Customer Communication:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Provide updates on inspections and coordinate follow-up appointments when necessary.

Compliance Administration:
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards during inspections and services.
- Track inspections and service deadlines to maintain regulatory compliance.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with technicians and service teams to ensure completion of assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage equipment availability and service orders
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in administrative roles or service coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
