Hydrovac Operator / Laborer
Location: Williston, ND & Sidney, MT

Position Overview:
We're looking for a skilled Hydrovac Operator who is also willing and able to work as a Laborer when not in the truck. This is not just a driving job — you will be hands-on in the field, working in various environments and conditions. If you enjoy a variety of tasks and working outdoors, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate a hydrovac truck safely and efficiently

  • Perform manual labor including excavation, site prep, and clean-up

  • Assist crews with general labor duties outside of truck operation

  • Travel as needed; occasional overnight stays

  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment

  • Complete job reports and documentation in a timely manner

  • Follow safety protocols and attend mandatory safety meetings

What We're Looking For:

  • CDL Class B (minimum), with tanker endorsement

  • Manual transmission driving experience

  • Experience with hydrovac or similar industrial equipment preferred

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor

  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug test, physical (DOT/NON-DOT), and MVR check

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly lift and carry 50 lbs

  • Repetitive motion: bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders

  • Ability to wear PPE and work in noisy environments
