Regency Electric, Inc., A Norlee Company, is looking for a highly motivated Senior Electrical Project Manager in the area to join our team. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful and profitable completion of all operational aspects of assigned construction projects. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing one or more projects, in addition to assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules and is responsible for determining and acquiring resources needed.

Key Measurables
- Manage the minimum value of projects as required (min $7 – 10 million).
- Demonstrate consistent aggregate monthly positive billing on projects (10 out of 12 months), where every design-build project is always positively billed, all as measured by monthly Work in Process (WIP) reports.
- Meet or exceed, on an annual aggregate average, both the targeted gross margin on the contract value of projects, AND the targeted gross margin on the respective change orders associated with the projects, as measured by the WIP reports.
- Provides consistent and accurate reporting throughout the year.
- Engages in ongoing communications with clients to pre-sell monthly draw amount resulting in prompt, undisputed invoice payments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
An individual in this role is a professional and personable leader, committed to the success of projects and the organization, demonstrated by performing the following duties, where other applicable duties or responsibilities may be assigned from time to time:
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders including but not limited to clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established standards.
- Understand and clearly communicate the scope of projects to all project teams.
- Review contract scope, recognize and negotiate changes in scope and price throughout project.
- Coordinate with engineering (on design build projects) to produce designs that satisfy client needs and provide the most cost-effective solution.
- Review all submittals to include but are not limited to gear and fixture submittals to ensure they meet the project requirements.
- Get all relevant approved submittals from the General Contractor for other trades to coordinate with our work.
- Include all submitted and approved submittal documentation on the Job Information Sheet Submittal Log as dictated by the form.
- Ensure material is included on the JIS procurement log and verify all items were received. Ensure these items are safely stored.
- Work with the superintendent and purchasing manager to ensure that rental equipment is ordered, utilized, and removed from the site, and a call-off number is received promptly.
- Keep the JIS on the server up to date regarding all relevant tabs.
- Assist with verifying the takeoffs on projects and ensuring material buyouts are completed.
- Verify that the project superintendent is accurately filling out daily reports and is recording any issues on the job.
- Work with the superintendent to consistently review the project schedule and document any slippage by others that affects our work/progress.
- Negotiate and author any applicable subcontracts.
- Conduct kick-off meetings (with minutes) with field operations manager and project superintendent to review scope, schedule, methods, and responsibilities.
- Work with the purchasing agent and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to project.
- Preparation of schedule of values and billings to assure a positive cash position on all projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance of budget sheets and monthly projections.
- Attendance of all project meetings. Coordinate with the Field Operations Manager to assure schedule attainment.
- Assure timely project close out, client education, and delivery of documents.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
College Education Desired. Minimum of ten (10) years of verifiable experience in a related role; Experience preparing and enforcing quality control programs in a similar role; Ability to read drawings/specifications.
Language/Interpersonal/Leadership Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Ability to express opinions and ideas, both verbally and in writing, in a clear concise manner; Ability to listen; Keeps emotions under control; Demonstrates group presentation skills. Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.
