We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead bids ranging from $1M to $50M+ and manage key construction projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as main client contact and assess project scope and resources.
• Review contracts, plans, and reports for full project understanding.
• Coordinate responsibilities with Superintendents and field teams.
• Maintain communication with all project stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, schedules, and submittals.
• Secure permits, bonds, insurance, and handle startup tasks.
• Forecast resources and resolve cost or scheduling issues.
• Lead meetings, track changes, and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee budgets, invoicing, and subcontractor payments.
• Support closeout, submit final documents, and collect feedback.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Equivalent technical training or a combination of relevant experience accepted.
• Proven experience in heavy construction and construction supervision.
• Deep knowledge of construction technology, methods, equipment, contract negotiation, estimating, scheduling, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
