Day-To-Day:

  • Coordinates access to community resources including employment, housing, transportation, legal aid, and healthcare.
  • Delivers or facilitates group classes on job readiness and financial literacy in the DFW area.
  • Supports reentry clients in identifying and removing barriers to successful reintegration.
  • Collaborates with the reentry team to ensure continuity of care and individualized service planning.
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation in accordance with program and grant guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, Criminal Justice, Sociology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) 2–3 years of experience in reentry, case management, or working with justice-impacted individuals.
  • Must have valid Texas Driver License, clear MVR and ability to be insured.
