Join Bensonwood as a Design Selections Specialist & Client Advisor for our growing team. Your role will focus on our Unity Homes brand operating through Benson Woodworking Company, which specializes in designing and constructing energy-efficient homes using sustainable materials and modern technology. You will support clients through the design process, guide the selection of finishes and fixtures, and ensure that these items are successfully delivered. This position is primarily office-based in Walpole, NH.

Additional Responsibilities  

• Assist in writing construction contracts  

• Generate material takeoffs from plans, and assist in estimating  

• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors  

• Process and approve vendor invoices  

• Research finish and fixture options  

• Assist in developing standard operating procedures  

Ideal Candidate Will Have  

• Experience and/or coursework in residential high-performance construction  

• Experience with interior design and or kitchen design  

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)  

• Experience with, or interest in learning, CAD programs
