Job Summary
This position involves assisting the Hydrovac Operator with cleaning tanks, utility locates and hydro-excavation using high-pressure water and vacuum systems. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and have a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Assist the Hydrovac Operator in the setup and operation of hydrovac equipment.
• Perform digging and excavation tasks while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance on hydrovac machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Perform additional assignments as requested including ongoing in person or online training

Skills

• Hydrovac experience preferred.
• CDL with tank endorsement preferred.
• Ability to work in all-weather conditions.
• Ability to adapt and problem solve.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with other crews.
