Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools, welders, hoists, compressors, and machinery.

Repair mechanical and electrical equipment including motors, gearboxes, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and pneumatic tools.

Conduct equipment adjustments to optimize operation and minimize downtime.

Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain detailed service logs.

Assist with the installation, relocation, and repair of machinery and structural systems.

Operate forklifts and hoists to access and move equipment.

Diagnose equipment issues and recommend improvements to minimize future failures.

Provide on-site maintenance services as assigned.

Work safely and in compliance with all safety standards and procedures.

Technical certificate or 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience (or equivalent combination).

Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and parts breakdowns.

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and hydraulic equipment.

Basic computer skills for data entry and time tracking.

Strong reasoning, math (geometry, algebra), and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically active, loud environment.

Willingness to work overtime or shift hours when needed.
