What You’ll Do:

• Lead skilled electrical crews on industrial projects across Arizona

• Plan and delegate daily tasks to keep projects efficient and on track

• Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation

• Enforce NEC and OSHA standards while promoting a culture of safety

• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to solve problems and meet goals

• Train and mentor crew members, building a stronger team with every job

• Keep organized documentation, logs, and material tracking

• Represent IPS values through professionalism, communication, and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of electrical experience with strong industrial expertise

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage job site operations

• Deep knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and troubleshooting

• Physical capability to work in diverse conditions (heights, confined spaces, Arizona heat)

• Reliable, driven, and ready to set the pace for others to follow
