About the Role:

BluEdge is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who possesses Pre-Press capabilities to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in a printing company or document imaging environment who has thrived in a fast-paced production setting. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist clients via email & phone & manage digital files ensuring print-ready files for production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and assist clients over the phone and email , providing exceptional customer service.
  • Clearly explain BluEdge services pertaining to their respective order placed.
  • Set up digital client files using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Retrieve, download, upload, and proof files/documents to ensure conformance.
  • Send work to the production facility.
  • A strong desire to learn new things and apply them.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a printing company or document imaging setting.
  • At least one (1) year in a pre-press role, utilizing Illustrator & InDesign.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a copy/print center.
  • Strong listening and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
