Role Overview:
As a Telemarketer at BluEdge, you will play a critical role in driving our business development strategy. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, identifying qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales executives. This is a commission-based role, with earnings tied directly to your success—based on both meetings booked and leads that convert into clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads from our CRM and marketing campaigns
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria
  • Clearly articulate BluEdge’s value proposition across creative, technology, and equipment solutions
  • Schedule discovery meetings for our sales team with qualified leads
  • Maintain detailed call records and lead status in our CRM
  • Follow up with leads as needed to nurture and convert interest into meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and lead targeting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales, lead generation, or inside sales
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to listen, think on your feet, and overcome objections
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
