New Look Contracting is a Union signatory contracting company preforming earthwork, demolition, and utilities primarily in central Minnesota. Essential Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Safety-focused mentality – safety is our number one priority.
  • Supplies all vehicles and equipment with gasoline or diesel fuel, and records mileage and tag numbers.
  • Checks fluid levels, battery, cooling system, and engine oil; checks tires for wear and pressure; and replaces wiper blades, fuses, sealed beam lights, and light bulbs. 
  •  Inspects equipment, performs preventive maintenance services, changes oil and filters, and lubricates and greases vehicles.
  • Washes and cleans interiors and exteriors of vehicles; maintains inventories of parts and supplies; and cleans and maintains work areas. 
  • All other duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Class A (required)
  • Hazmat Endorsement (required)
  • Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays during the construction season.
  • Full-time seasonal position (April/May - November/December) dependent on weather and workload. (potential for overtime)
  • Wage range: $41.00 - $46.00/hour + union benefits, employer-provided short-term disability, 401(k) with employer match, and voluntary life insurance and long-term disability.
