Join Our Deli Team at Sioux Falls Food Co-op!

Are you passionate about great food and outstanding customer service? We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our fast-paced deli team! As a Kitchen Customer Service Associate, you'll greet customers, assemble dishes, and help prepare delicious deli foods-all while keeping our kitchen and service areas clean and inviting. Sioux Falls Food Coop is a consumer-owned cooperative business that is managed by the people who shop with us. We pride ourselves on being the best place in Sioux Falls to find local produce and products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers at the deli counter

  • Take and prepare food orders accurately and efficiently

  • Keep food stations, cases, and counters clean and well-stocked

  • Provide product information and friendly service

  • Support team members and help train new staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • Commitment to excellent customer service

  • Great communication and teamwork skills

  • Previous food service experience preferred

  • SafeStaff Food Handlers Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and work on your feet for up to 3 hours at a time

  • Positive attitude and sense of humor!
