Come join our incredible accounting team as our newest Project Control Coordinator

 The Duties:

  • Prepare agendas, schedule meetings, facilitate conversations, and document detailed meeting notes, including decisions and action items, for all meetings during the pre-construction phase of assigned projects. This includes internal meetings and meetings with clients
  • Process subcontracts, engineering agreements, purchase orders, and change orders (client & subs) within the accounting/construction software
  • Support the team in drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements, Requests for Proposals, Scope Narratives, Proposals, Reports, Contracts, and all other deliverables required during the project's pre-construction phase
  • Compliance Tracking
  • Detailed Client and Subcontract Progress Billing
  • Maintain effective communication with HRI team members and assist in document control and clarification as necessary
  • Maintain project documents and ensure information is distributed to all applicable team members
  • Manage project documentation archival, contributing to our knowledge base, and enhancing our organizational efficiency
  • Conditional and Unconditional waivers for both subcontractors and clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is recommended. High School Diploma or GED required
  • Three years of experience as a construction professional or a combination of relevant education and experience
  • Exceptional follow-through, accountability, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Confidentiality
  • Excellent professional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, to include technical writing skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Teams, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Procore, and Salesforce is preferred
  • Capacity to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage stressful situations
  • Professional demeanor, dedication to company culture, and overall desire to succeed are critical
  • Job Costing Knowledge preferred
  • Occasional travel as required, willingness to travel via air and/or ground
