We are currently seeking a full-time Analyst - Client Services!

The Client Services Analyst is a high-impact, early career individual contributor who supports the execution of our go-to-market efforts through financial analysis, research, material development, and strategic coordination.  This role sits at the center of our pursuit engine; enabling client-facing leaders to move quickly, pitch confidently, and win business decisively.  The Client Service discipline at AMC exists at the intersection of operations and ownership.  As Analyst, you’ll help drive clarity between those worlds through sharp execution, detailed analysis and pro forma creation, tight deliverables, and strong market intelligence. 

The location is not set, depending on experience and meeting or exceeding qualifications we are open to this position being hybrid or remote.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support pursuit strategy by building pro formas to the line-item level, and performing financial underwriting for lease ups, takeovers, and portfolio transitions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy, and enhance client-facing deliverables and materials
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of pitch decks, RFP responses, pursuit collateral, and other client and internal deliverables
  • Manage CRM updates, pipeline tracking, pursuit calendar, and internal reporting
  • Partner with operations and senior leaders to coordinate deliverables and align on messaging
  • Develop ownership profiles and property-level intelligence to guide and support the client-facing team on approach and positioning
  • Deliver polished, high-quality outputs and create leverage for senior team members
  • Other support duties that may be required from time to time

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate, finance, consulting, or other analytically rigorous environments
  • Strong modeling and research skills; be able to build, refine, and QA pro formas and rent studies with confidence
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong written skills and attention to detail
  • Exposure to client service, business development and/or cross function work is preferred
  • Highly accountable and self-directed. Is a team player who thrives in fast-paced unstructured environments

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite, particularly Microsoft Excel application and other relevant software
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective leadership and development skills
  • Knowledge of major CRM systems and pipeline tracking methodologies a plus

 

Additional Information:

Compensation: Full- Time $85,000 to $100,000 per year
